Litter

I really dont understand why people drop litter. It amazes me how people think its okay to carefully put their litter in a plastic bag... neatly tie it up and then throw it out of the car window. When I see litter in places like Cardiff or Bristol I think it is terrible... but seeing litter here in the countryside seems doubly terrible. If you cant find a bin around then take your litter home.
