Annual Dinner Dance and Awards Evening.

It was the big black tie do at the sailing club on Friday night. We sat with Peter and Catherine and stayed at their house over night. Tel and Peter got a mention for finishing 3rd in the Frostbite Handicap, and for finishing 3rd in the Summer Series Handicap. There was a special mention for Lynne and Ken Shaw who sail at the club every week ......they had just returned from Mumbai where they had to hide under a table in the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel when the shooting started. We saw them the next night on the national news. On a lighter note....Jeff (prob the clubs best sailor) has grown a beard.
