Cycling

Paul and Emma came to stay on Friday on their way back to Manchester. They had been in Cornwall for a week, travelling around in Battenburg... a 50 year old VW Campervan.

We went out cycling yesterday.... which was good fun. We watched Strictly Come Dancing while Tel and Paul went to the pub... had some spag bol later and discussed our various cycling related aches and pains. Ouch.

This morning we watched Wales play really well against South Africa in the Rugby World Cup.....and then they packed up and headed home. Unfortunately...they forgot to take Wilson with them....!
