Wild boar tracks.
We have found evidence of wild boar.... just over the fence at the top of the field. The ground has been turned over in a line at the edge of the path and there are fallen branches that have been stripped by tusks. This photo that we took on sunday, shows the footprint of a boar.
It would be brilliant to see them roaming about up there... but I would still make a swift run for it!!!

good idea!
many years ago, we lived in Germany, and I never have forgotten my one "meeting" with a boar. I quickly scurried up a tree while it went storming past! That was enough for me. :)
