We spent most of yesterday in the garden. We have neglected it recently... concentrating on our room with the new wood burner. We cut back some shrubs and nettles and had a general tidy around. It looks great out there at the moment...lots of oranges and yellows on the trees. We are thinking about cutting down one of the big trees ... its a christmas tree which we think must be 20 feet tall. When it has gone, we will get a much better view of the field... and the wildlife passing through.
