Freezing cold.

4 layers of clothes were required for our walk from Llantwit Major to St Donats this afternoon.....and a flask of coffee and 2 Mr Kiplings viennese whirls. Its always good to be out in the "fresh" air....makes you feel better. When you are out, walking in the countryside, people say hello to each other as they pass by...wouldnt it be nice if people did that wherever they were?
