Days.

"What are days for?
Days are what we live.
They come, they wake us
Time and time over.
They are to be happy in
Where can we live but days?"

Charlotte and I made it to Angies in time to see Joseph and Florence before they went to bed.... they were so cute running around...playing "Pile On" with Richard. Ang made some lovely food and we had a chat about our trip/break next year to celebrate our birthdays. We think we have agreed to go away in June.... and probably in this country. x

We went to the local garden centre yesterday... intending to buy a couple of trees to plant up near the summer house. While I was looking at trees Tel went off to look at wooden posts...and came back with 5 second hand wooden windows.... £35 the lot. It was a good find.

Plum bob

We are almost there with the decorating upstairs. The old fashioned red has nearly gone... covered by white paint and the new crazy wallpaper. Matching up the pattern has been a bit tricky but its looking good.
Last night we drew numbers in the air with sparklers....the photos came out really well.
Today we raked up a million leaves, dug over the veg patch and planted some daffodil bulbs in groups six inches apart.
