The Crow Man
This is the Crow Man from Worzel Gummidge.
Our Crow Man is called Roger and he has a moustache.
He came out at 6am yesterday and lets just say he hit the target!
The crows have moved on from pecking at the windows....they now peck at the sunroof and wing mirrors of the car..... and they love our shiny new chimney .... peck peck peck!!!!!
We have sort of adapted to life with the little pests.... but when they start to damage things, then its time to take action. It should calm down in the winter months.....lack of daylight and bad weather will put them off.
We ve got Roger on standby anyway.

White and Turmeric.
Its funny how you think something is white.... until you paint white onto it!!!!
Today I have been painting "Annies Room" white..... and then white again. The radiator has also had a coat of white gloss... and the window seat too. We are going to be brave and leave most of the walls white... apart from the wall behind the wood burner, which is going to be a bright yellow/orange colour. This room has taken over our lives at the moment...... It finally feels like we are getting there. We call it "Annies Room" after the previous owners daughter. It was her bedroom when we bought the house. I am really looking forward to getting some furniture in there.... hanging pictures..... and buying some plants and most importantly some nice lighting. I think a trip to Repsycho is needed.
